Things I Love

Sneaky Momma

Thank you Drahdrah for this new activity. It's nice to sit and focus on teh good stuff and not the bad :) You should head over and check out her blog and post and do one yourself :)

*I love hearing a baby laugh, it's the most beautiful sound in the world.

*I love listening to my husband's heart as we're cuddling, it reminds me that yes, my life is real.

*I love Autumn, it's chilly but it's so gorgeous and always smells differently than the other seasons.

*I love cuddling my kids, no matter how big or small they are, they seem to fit perfectly in my arms.

*I love my friends, with even a 4 or 5 word comment, they always bring a smile to my face.

*I love facebook, I'm an addict, haha.

*I love steamed asperagus with melted butter, Mmmmm...

*I love watching Spongebob Squarepants.

*I love ornery old people, they never make life dull and when they end up liking you, it's the biggest accomplishment for you and really says a lot about yoru people skills.

~Well that's my list for this week. tune in next week for another one! Thanks for stopping by!~

There is not a better sound in the world than that of a baby laughing. Especially when that baby belongs to you. ;)

Ooh Becks, I loved this whole post, but your first tiny paragraph CRACKED ME UP! Why? Because your last post you went on about your love of spell check. Obviously you didn't use it in this post! Go look.... Heeheehee

I'm looking forward to hearing a baby's laughter again. Not that 2 and 3.5 aren't babies, but well...they just aren't!

Thanks for the comment on my belly! I love it, except when I don't, haha. I'm actually going to see if they still use some sort of gel (dunno the name, my mom doesn't remember after 19 years) that takes a while to start labor, but that apparently works pretty well. I really am super scared. Oh well!

Thanks for the offer to rant. I went out and bought crafty things at Michael's today with some friends...that help. I was feeling overwhelmed with what needs to be done before Lily and feeling defeated before I even started. Ugh. Ugh times three.

You rock!

I actually think all I need are wipes, haha. I have over 1000 diapers, size 1 & 2 in my garage. (I'm gonna "lose" my diapers at the hospital and can hopefully grab a few packs of newborns from them.) I have all the clothes from Kate and Emma and the 2 new outfits I've allowed myself to buy for Lily. I have her baby blanket made (I make rag quilts!!!) and her diaper bag packed with too many outfits, haha. It's my house (AAARRRGH!) that's killing me. I'm NOT organized at all and trying to get there, but it's hard. Waaah! And THANK YOU! for the tip on Cervadil. I will definitely bring it up with my Dr! And I'm fine with a fast labor. Naturally, it was 4 hours start to finish with Emma, so I can deal with shorter. :-) That's my problem with Pitocin. I know I'd survive if I had to get a Cesarean, but I also know I'd rather not and pitocin is harder on your body and therefore does up the chances...You rock my socks!
